Hotel Amar - Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Uttar Pradesh. The location was ideal, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring New Delhi. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms on the higher floors were spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities. I especially appreciated the extra bed provided, which was perfect for families or groups traveling together. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, giving me a great start to each day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

The staff of amar went out of their way to make our stay wonderful! Service was good. Chhat Cafe, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Even the Agra airport was not so far.

We had an amazing lunch at the restaurant located just 900 feet away, it was a fantastic experience!

There was nothing in the hotel which we liked.

The room was dirty, furnishing was outdated, bathroom was too small and not properly cleaned, not enough towels, no hot water in the morning, housekeeping staff made noise all the time on the corridor, management was unable to identify our booking, overall impression: badly managed, unproperly cleaned, nightmare experience.

The hotel's location near shops and restaurants in New Delhi is a major plus. The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms on the higher floors were equipped with modern facilities, including a folding extra bed. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a delicious start to the day.

The hotel lacks attention to detail in regards to the hygiene of the bed sheets.

Our New Year's stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the noise levels from the party on the rooftop were extremely high and continued until very late at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The pool was a highlight, a great place to cool off in the hot weather. The food was also very tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and the views from the room were amazing.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and kept cutting out. , the room furnishings were outdated and in need of an update.
